Mobile Banking is Magnolia Federal Credit Union's FREE service that gives you true, on-the-go access to your accounts letting you manage your money from your cell phone or web enabled mobile device.

To use Mobile Banking, you must have a NetTeller Online Banking ID and password. If you are not signed up for NetTeller Online Banking, click here and click the "Not at User? Click here to enroll" link or email a Member Service Representative at info@magfedcu.org.

Magnolia's Mobile Banking service features several different platforms:

Mobile Web--type http://mobile.magfedcu.org on your web enabled mobile device

iPhone App--download the FREE "Magnolia FCU Mobile Banking" App from Apple's App Store

Blackberry Shortcut--type http://mobile.magfedcu.org on your web enabled Blackberry and click "download"

Android-- Magnolia FCU Mobile Banking is available to android users in the Play Store

Text Banking (SMS-based)--To use Text Banking, you must register your mobile phone number associated with your account. Click here to register your mobile phone.

With Mobile Web, Blackberry Shortcut, and iPhone App you can:

  • Check balances and review transaction history on checking, savings and loans

  • Transfer funds between your Magnolia accounts

  • Find Magnolia branch locations, ATMs and Share Branches
  • Review Magnolia's current rates

Free

While there is no fee to use Magnolia's Mobile Banking service, you may be charged access or text message fees depending on your service plan. Check with your mobile service provider for details on specific fees and charges.

Text Message Commands

The following text message services are available:

Mag Bal - for balances for each open share account

Mag Hist - for the last 3 transactions for each open share account

Mag Holds - for current holds on your checking account

Mag CMD - for a list of available commands

Mag STOP - to unsubscribe from the text message service

Once you've registered your cell phone, simply send your choice of commands above to '21443' for up-to the-minute account information.

Security

Mobile Banking is brought to you in partnership with MShift, Inc (www.mshift.com), and allows access to your Magnolia account from any web-enabled mobile device. Mobile Banking requires the same secure login information that is used to login to Online Banking. PIN numbers are never stored at any stage. Your data is encrypted using the Wireless Transport Layer Security (WTLS) protocol, which provides the highest level of security available today. Additionally, all data that passes between the wireless gateway, MShift's servers, and Magnolia's web servers is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) layer. Mobile Banking has a built-in Session Time-Out after 5 minutes of user inactivity. This prevents someone from picking up a Magnolia member's wireless device and accessing their accounts if they forget to logout from their previous session.

    All terms and Conditions applicable to Online Banking apply to use of Mobile Web.
